Training

 

We offer a varied training programme to our members. These sessions change depending on the time of year and include five coached swims every week:

​

  • Mondays: 20:00-21:00 - Tewkesbury School

  • Tuesdays: 06:00-07:30 - Tewkesbury Leisure Centre

  • Thursdays: 06:00-07:30 - Tewkesbury Leisure Centre

    •           19:00-20:30 - Tewkesbury School

  • Saturdays: 07:15-08:45 - Tewkesbury Leisure Centre

 

We also offer open Water swimming at Croft Farm as well as member led run and bike sessions throughout the year.

 

In the winter we add Zoom based virtual sessions including:

​

- Yoga

- Turbo Sessions 

- Strength and conditioning

​

As well as the above, there are opportunities in the year for:

​

- 50m Pool Training

- Velodrome bike sessions

- Training Camps home/abroad
